Shane and Trish bought the very first block of land in Cobbitty Green and were the first to complete their beautiful Hamptons style home, the forever home where they plan to live long after their sons eventually leave home.

Our Community Development team, including a dedicated Cobbitty by Mirvac Community Development Coordinator, is your go-to for all things community here at Cobbitty. We’re here to help you connect with your neighbours and support you to get involved. We work with residents, community groups and other stakeholders, like local schools, to help foster a thriving community through events, activities, community spaces and connecting residents, ensuring everyone feels welcome and a sense of belonging.
